Dr Heather Sequeira: Consultant Psychologist

I help professionals from all backgrounds develop resiliance to stress, trauma & anxiety to optimise mental health. I am passionate about using techniques THAT WORK. I use scientifically backed strategies based on recent advances in clinical, neuroscientific & psychological research to help people maximise resiliance, self-efficaiacy, emotional-regulation and health.


Consultant Psychologist with 16 years - post qualification experience.  I completed my Ph.D in the field of PTSD and held the post of Senior Research Fellow (St. Georges Hosiptial, University of London). I have published on traumatic experience in leading international journals, presented at international conferences and I am a regular contributor to national media. As well as my private practice, I run a specialist NHS service for people with complex OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) and I am director of a training company for other psychologists specialising in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder).


Stress, trauma, anxiety and OCD are my key areas of interest.

I have an opening for a client who has OCD or similar anxiety issue. Due to high demand I currently have very limited openings and cannot taken on other new clients unless you have already been referred to me by one of my psychiatrist colleagues.
