Experience in your consultant makes a real difference to your outcome. Stress and its many manifestations are my specialist area. I don’t claim to offer all things to all people. Just the depth of experience and training within this key area. My key skill is in helping people resolve these issues.

Epidemic of Stress & Burnout

In the UK we have an epidemic of stress and burnout. Whether this is from work or home pressures, stress presents itself in many guises ranging from (but not limited to):

There are still people who think that changing and seeking help to change is admitting weakness or a sign of defeat. Actually – the complete opposite is true – why would you not want to increase skill and abilities to survive and thrive in difficult times, both personally and professionally? Seeking to change and seeking the best help to do this is a sign of mental strength and resilience. When there is a better way forward why not take it.
